Microsoft Stream for iOS and Android has just received a major update. This update brings many new features to video recording and editing, including the ability to record videos in real time. These new features make the mobile version of Microsoft Stream a lot more powerful and useful.
Microsoft launched Stream, an enterprise video management and livestreaming application, in 2017. This service is the successor to Office 365 Video and allows businesses to upload, view, manage, and share videos across their organizations. The Microsoft Stream app for iOS and Android has just been updated to the latest version, enhancing integration with other Microsoft services and including some notable improvements.

Currently, the new update is rolling out to Microsoft Stream app users on both mobile platforms. Improvements include the ability to record video in real time right from the device's camera, an option to switch between front and rear cameras, the ability to take notes on videos before/during / after completing video recording.
